Untold Story

Untold Story

Words on paper forming the tears
that cannot cry
revealing nothing as thoughts lie buried deep
and locked inside
emotions woven within the fine fabrics
of denial and shame
the over-dressed secrets
beneath layers of crushed silk
accessorize
the mere moments of imagery
exposed in pages of poetry
like delicate petals of truth
glistening in the first light of spring
tasting the freedom
of an untold story crafted in ink
as the poet
cloaked in the robes of mystery
walks silently into the night.

About Jez Farmer

I am a freelance writer and poet and started writing after raising my two boys as a way of discovering just who Jez is. That is still very much an on-going project but the journey so far has introduced me to many wonderful friends and fellow writers through an ever growing love of poetry.
