NaPoMo 2015

Is it so wrong to want the things I do?
The touch of your lips that glisten with dew
As I pull you close and whisper your name
Confessions of love on my trembling tongue
Kiss me again; leave my senses in flame
I want you to feel how I burn inside
That raging hunger continues to grow
And how my body aches when I’m denied
Your presence; oh love can you ever know
How taut my senses now seem to be strung
In these thoughts of you that I cannot tame
And I think I can take this in my stride
For your desire I put my heart on show
I want to feel our love is real, do you?

About Jez Farmer

I am a freelance writer and poet and started writing after raising my two boys as a way of discovering just who Jez is. That is still very much an on-going project but the journey so far has introduced me to many wonderful friends and fellow writers through an ever growing love of poetry.
