NaPoMo 2015

NaPoMo 2015

As cascading whiteness roars around us
We lean into the rock face without fuss
And falling water our privacy screen
As in the wildness of nature we kiss
With worldly cares lost to the forest green
And here we wait for the first light of day
To bring the shadows of a golden hue
But before that we have time for our play
Without taming passions of me and you
For we are spirits of the falling mist
So rarely heard and never to be seen
As we make love until that first bright ray
Of sun and we must leave our place of trust
But for now, my love, it’s just me and you

About Jez Farmer

I am a freelance writer and poet and started writing after raising my two boys as a way of discovering just who Jez is. That is still very much an on-going project but the journey so far has introduced me to many wonderful friends and fellow writers through an ever growing love of poetry.
