Zenith Part 3

NaPoMo 2015

NaPoMo 2015

My fingers pull the loose hair from your face
As I kiss your brow free of passion’s trace
We have sung our love held so deep within
To the echo of desire’s sensual roar
And now my lips can dance upon your chin
As in that one moment I think I cried
But come gentle love let me hold your hand
In whispers of kisses my tongue is tied
And thoughts are lost unable to withstand
The power of love trembling ever more
As we linger within that special place
I pull you closer and lie me beside
For you, my love, are my heart soul and skin
Forever mine here in our promised land

About Jez Farmer

I am a freelance writer and poet and started writing after raising my two boys as a way of discovering just who Jez is. That is still very much an on-going project but the journey so far has introduced me to many wonderful friends and fellow writers through an ever growing love of poetry.
