There are nine important days or degrees in Celtic lunar charts. The four fire festivals that fall on the first day of February, May, August and November each year, although the zodiac degrees relating to these days vary from year to year, but as they fall between 8° and 12° of the four fixed signs of the zodiac they have been calculated at 10° which allows for a 2° degree orb for planetary aspects and conjunctions.
